Claire Gorman Kenny
Focusing primarily on real estate transactions, Claire employs hard work and creativity to provide her clients with effective representation and thoughtful counsel throughout the process of buying or selling property.
As an experienced commercial litigation attorney, Claire also provides local counsel services to firms outside the greater Chicago area on matters pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County, and the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. In her career as a litigator, Claire achieved success on behalf of her clients at all stages of the legal process. In addition to her success before state and federal trial courts nationwide, Claire successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in both the Illinois Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
